Position Objective

To collaboratively work with ITSC, STAM, AM and others in the organization for the growth of the Healthcare Practice portfolio of services and solutions throughout the country.  This position will need to have significant understanding of the Healthcare industry, how technology is implemented and leveraged in the industry and be able to explain the value proposition.


The National Sales Manager works closely with Area Sales Manager, Regional VP, Market Directors, ITSC and KMBS Healthcare AE to grow revenue for the All Covered Healthcare Practice.  Role will expand to also supporting both the Direct and Dealer Channels.

Essential Job Functions

•    Participate in development of “Go-To Market” strategy for practice

•    Manage presales and sales opportunities.

•    Assist with development of training curriculums

•    Assist with evaluation and development of new solutions and offerings

•    Assist in development of marketing collateral and vertical messaging

•    Attendance at Industry networking events and key tradeshows

•    Develop and deliver Healthcare technology presentations at industry events

•    Sales Leadership & Coaching

•    Subject matter expert in Healthcare Practice solutions

•    Training of ITSC, STAM, AM and others on the benefits of the solution and how to present to clients•    Business Planning

•    Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to evolve and optimize delivery model

•    Partner with Service Delivery Leadership to ensure proper staffing and skills

•    Up to 50% travel required

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    BA or BS degree or equivalent combination in computer science or business related field

•    Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience selling technology & services to the Healthcare organizations

•    Ability to train and explain concepts to internal staff as well as clients/prospects

•    High level understanding of Healthcare technology•    Exceptional organizational and time management skills

•    Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through
