Position Objective

Grow and learn the skills needed to become an established IT Services Consultant (ITSC).  Understand the process and procedures to grow the business with new opportunities as well as expanding and retaining the current customer base by selling All Covered Services.  Partner with new and existing customers to understand their needs and help them streamline processes and reduce costs.

Essential Job Functions

•    Apply an understanding of All Covered services, programs, and sales methodology to address ACC, project and procurement opportunities.

•    Work with sales and management resources to achieve and exceed quota.

•    Work with Konica Minolta branch offices, as assigned, to cross-sell IT Services to their client and prospect base.

•    Provide thorough and accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex ACC, project and procurement services.

•    Develop a thorough understanding of how All Covered services create value for customers.

•    Develop a thorough understanding of technology services and trends.

•    Drive Managed IT Services in assigned area of responsibility to grow market share with; recurring monthly services and project services.

•    Maintain consistent interaction & communication with team members and clients.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    0 - 2 years of experience in the Managed IT Services or IT Services industry.

•    College degree preferred
