Position Objective

Due to the current circumstances brought about by Covid-19 outbreak, this position does not yet have a start date. However given the importance of the role, we will continue to actively interview candidates during this time, with the intention of completing the hiring process and extending an offer as soon as we are able to do so. Initial interviews will be over the phone and/or video. 


I am looking for a team member that is seeking to gain leadership experience while continuing to develop their overall sales skills.  They must set a good example for the team and lead with a positive attitude & open mind.  They will also reinforce the team goals as well as share any concerns among team members.  Additionally, the team lead will help with training/mentoring new team members, be a liaison between the team and management and act as a leader when the manager is not in the office. 

Essential Job Functions

•    Provide encouragement and motivation to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks.

•    Answers team member questions and helps with team member challenges.

•    Help develop strategies to promote team member performance and goal achievement.

•    Occasionally conducts team meetings to discuss best practices, what’s working/what’s not working and reinforcing expectations.

•    Manage the team supplies and overall inventory for the office.

•    Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training.

•    Supports team and performs management activities when director is out of office.

•    Support an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

•    Listen to team members’ feedback and look to resolve any issues or conflicts

•    Suggest and organize team building activities.

•    Suggest and lead team contest to support culture & goals.

•    Provide insight around sales/product knowledge to teach new team members as well as coach existing team managers.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

Proven strong performer in all areas we are measured by including Dials, Leads, Opportunities, Proposals and Wins. They must also have been in the role for at least 9 months and should poses a strong understanding of CRM (To help train new team members and assist existing reps).  Must be punctual and should also poses leadership skills, strong oral & written communication skills and motivational skills. Must be results-oriented, self-motivated & have strong relationship building skills.  Should also have broad and fairly deep solution knowledge.  This person must have a positive attitude and bring some energy/enthusiasm to the role while also being humble and accountable for their actions.
