Job Title:  Director, Product Management, Digital Workplace

Position Objective

To lead the planning, developing and managing Hardware & Software products/services, according to global Digital Workplace service portfolio, and deploying the plan to national operating companies supported by Global Go-To-Market team smoothly, with rich IT industry knowledge and experience.

To make products & services profitable for Konica Minolta originated device; Workplace Hub, with customer values.  ( )

Metrics of results & responsibility:

- Revenue & profit from global products & service portfolio

- # of solutions to be developed and sold by KM and through KM

- Cost control

- Team members(stakeholders) management

Essential Job Functions
  • Extend and maintain global products & service portfolio for entire Digital Workplace business with global development team and Go-To-Market team.
  • Work with productization team to build valuable services for customers
  • Co-work with global members from international sales companies.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to implement new and advanced technology & services
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Direct experience in product and service management
  • Thorough understanding of latest IT industries and markets
  • High proficiency at program management for IT related offerings
  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a highly competitive environment
  • International communications skill & experience
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 10+ years of experience in product planning for IT hardware, software or services
