Job Title:  Director, Dealer - Production & Industrial Print

Position Objective

This position is responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit objectives and unit targets established by Dealer executive management for production and Industrial print products and solutions.

Essential Job Functions
  • Direct activities for Production Print sales and support teams.
  • Liaison between Product Marketing, Dealer Sales Team and IP Specialty teams to drive programs, training, strategies, customer engagement and sales execution
  • Write and execute production/industrial print solutions business plan for the Dealer Organization.
  • Assist in Recruiting, training and retaining production print sales and solutions support headcount for the country.
  • Retain customer base and develop new business.
  • Achieve margins, profit and revenue goals for the current fiscal operation plan of the Dealer Division.
  • Identify targeted accounts within the Dealer population.
  • Coordinate with SVP production print solutions support and workflow for all support activities.
  • Assist Strategic Product and Solutions Managers in prioritizing activities and executing the region sales plans around production and industrial print products
  • Ensure proper training is completed for all employees.
  • Launch all new production/industrial print products and software.
  • Work with Dealer Marketing on developing on-going product programs and promotions for production and industrial print products
Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
  • Strong knowledge and background in production/industrial print – 5+ years experience.
  • Ten years related general work experience, including a proven record of successful sales results.
  • Experience launching new products and software
  • Ability to drive initiatives to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working with all levels and supporting functions throughout an organization.
  • Understands customer expectations and delivery of services based on objectives
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership qualities
  • Solid organizational skills and capability of multitasking within a fast-paced demanding environment
  • Willingness to travel
  • Collaborative, open to the development of new ideas and programs
Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or the equivalent combination of experience.
  • 5+ years selling/marketing to dealers
