Job Title:  Sales Consultant, Digital Workplace

Position Objective

The Sales Consultant, Digital Workplace (DWC) role is market-based sales and business development position. The DWC will engage with new prospects and guide them through the value of Workplace Hub, the broader Workplace of the Future portfolio, and the primary print related solutions.  These sales are consultative to our prospects and customers and collaborative internally. DWCs work closely with the local Konica Minolta Business Solutions and All Covered IT Services sales team and their customers to cross-sell our services for the mutual benefit of each division. Additionally, DWCs develop their territories through business development initiatives and networking activities. 

Essential Job Functions
  • Apply an in-depth understanding of the Workplace Hub and solutions portfolio to address customers’ needs. 
  • Work to achieve and exceed quota. 
  • Collaborate with Konica Minolta local offices and IT Services teams to cross-sell Workplace Hub to their client and prospect base. 
  • Key Performance Metrics: Sales Activities. Workplace Hub and Solutions sales.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Managed IT Services, or IT Services industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Managed IT Services, or IT Services industry.
  • Sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Successful track record of sales and relationship management with notable accomplishments.
