Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Administrator!

The Regional Administrator will oversee all branch administrators and ensure admin staff provide complete and thorough support to all internal and external customers. 

Essential Job Functions

  • Assigns and monitors the administrative workload for the Region.
  • Executes and reviews all standard administration reports on the appropriate frequency to ensure targeted levels of accuracy, timeliness, and completion are met.
  • Identifies problems and effectively responds to the needs of internal and external customers.
  • Ensures processing of all administrative functions is in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintains expert knowledge of key administration functions and is able to process administration work within SAP as necessary (back up for Branch Administration based on workload or headcount concerns).
  • Primary source for the region on the identification and execution of training needs of Branch Administration.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Strong knowledge of computers
  • SAP experience is a plus

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a regional admin role
  • Experience in supporting an organization's sales function
  • Experience with MS Word and Excel
  • Experience with email and internet
  • Excellent customer service skills
