Position Objective

The Sr. ERP Consultant is responsible for supporting both internal and external clients, with the execution of projects to design and implement ERP solutions, enabling clients to achieve desired and improved business outcomes. He or she will provide subject matter expertise in business functions and processes, as well as in ERP application capabilities. The role will be participating on several projects concurrently. Project activities will include but are not limited to providing input on planning of tasks, coordination and execution against agreed upon scope and deliverables, setting and managing client expectations, and management of certain acceptable level of risk to Konica Minolta and its reputation.

Essential Job Functions

•  Participate in initial discovery and project scoping, documentation of business process requirements, integration or conversion requirements and provide direct feedback and input for project planning.

•  Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for 4 or more functional business areas.

•  Prepare detailed process requirements documentation resulting from discovery.

•  Identify business issues resulting from discovery sessions and document required action for issue resolution, including potential required changes to business policy or organizational structure.

•  Liaison with clients and delivery team resources for all process change/addition.

•  Participate on project teams comprised of business function and technical resources.

•  Creation of functional requirements for functional enhancements and conversions.

•  Creation of technical specifications for functional enhancements and conversions.

•  Assist with Data Conversions to KMBS or SAP B1/FORZA systems.

•  Validation of technical specifications for enhancements and conversion.

•  Assist mapping of source system data to KMBS or SAP B1/FORZA systems and business logic.

•  Conduct unit and regression testing and document all related issues for resolution.

•  Provide oversight of end user lead for ORE sessions.

•  Provide project status on regular intervals to project manager.

•  Ensure IT General Controls for Change Management or other regulatory compliance (when applicable).

•  Participate with and lead internal teams to create, manage and review training materials for internal and external use in written, video and other media.

•  Participate with and lead internal teams to continuously improve implementation methodologies and processes, including development and maintenance of training materials.

•  Cross-train and mentor internal resources.

•  Proficient with select software packages i.e. SQL, MS Office Suite, Visio etc.

•  Ability and willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, up to 75%.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•  10 + years project experience or change management initiatives, 10 + years business process or ERP systems experience.

•  5 + years SAP Business One & Boyum experience required.

•  5 + years Imaging Channel knowledge required.

•  High school diploma or GED

•  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Accounting required.
