Job Title:  Admin Ops Specialist

Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Admin Ops Specialist! 

 

Provide timely and accurate order processing, aftermarket billing, and customer support for locally processed sales and service transactions. Also serve as local administrative interface for centrally processed (Windsor) transactions. Ensure sales and service transactions are processed within the parameters of Company operating policies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Works with the Order Processing team to ensure sales orders within Dealer territory are assigned
  • Acts as a liaison with the Dealer community to ensure specifications are met
  • Specifications include coordinating placements and assuring all training requirements are met
  • Facilitates a number of communication touch points between the Dealer Community and Konica Minolta
  • Coordinates customer moves in dealer territory
  • Ensures proper documentation is presented to the Dealer Community in a timely manner
  • Coordinates and trouble shoots any Branch / Dealer disputes that may exist
  • Trains dealers on how to use online applications

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Perform PC based data entry/retrieval
  • Strong knowledge of computers - particularly MS Word, Excel, Email and Internet
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be self motivated and detail orientated
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of SAP a plus

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • 1 - 3 years of varied office administration experience to include a minimum of 1 year of sales billing or
    customer service support role
