Job Title:  Admin Ops Specialist

Position Objective

Coordinates/schedules Equipment deliveries/pickups/moves with customer and carrier and coordinates install/deinstall of equipment for technician.

Edits moves, as well as, Edits/Creates RMAs which requires basic understanding of customer’s Master Agreement in some scenarios.

Maintains monthly reports (znew bill due, rma, demo/rental) to current status.

 

Hours are 11:30am-8pm EST.

Essential Job Functions

  •   Heavy customer contact both via phone and email utilizing our scheduling database and inContact phone system

        Add deliveries/removals/moves/3rd party orders to our scheduling system.

        Work within our SAP system to notify service technicians of pending install and deinstall calls

        Runs all reports for assigned territory within our in SAP.

        Tracks UPS, FedEx or other carrier shipments, via carrier’s website and/or SAP.

        Utilizes web based internal system to process RMA and Move requests.

        Updates service equipment Records as needed.

        Month end overtime required.  Required hours vary per month based on volume.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

        Strong communication skills

        Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a high stress environment

        Experience with SAP or demonstrated experience to learn SAP or similar systems

        Related industry experience preferred

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • High School diploma or higher educational degree required
