Position Objective

The Campus recruiter will play a key role in building momentum for the University Relations and Recruitment initiative at Konica Minolta and will be responsible for core campus and student community relationships geared towards building brand awareness and early career talent pools.

Essential Job Functions

• Identify, grow and manage a targeted list of schools and universities to develop early career talent pools for entry level and internship positions while facilitating diversity initiatives.

• Liaise with career services departments and professors at the targeted schools/ universities to facilitate campus recruiting and student engagement events.

• Partner with hiring managers to attend career fairs and events virtually and on campus as well as facilitate and conduct in-office and virtual company recruiting events

• Develop networks with student and alumni communities and organizations to engender interest in the Konica Minolta brand

• Proactive engagement with entities that help under-represented students to provide them with opportunities.

• Advise on and leverage available technology for student outreach and to build talent pipelines.

• Manage internal and external stakeholder experience as well as campus recruiting metrics

• Travel as needed for recruitment events

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Proven ability to achieve campus hiring and goals and effectively manage diversity hiring

• Keen understanding of campus recruiting strategies and capable of tactical execution.

• Able to build long term relationships and influence positive outcomes by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Must be structured and organized, an effective listener, with strong verbal and written communications skills

• Able to exercise confidentiality in managing HR data

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years experience in campus recruitment
