Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Comp & HRIS Coordinator I!

 

The Comp and HRIS Coordinator I position will be responsible for data integrity within all of the HRIS applications and be the primary contact for all HRIS reporting needs.

Essential Job Functions

  • Review and audit all changes submitted through Manager Self Service. 
  • Provide feedback to managers on status of changes as well as troubleshooting errors that may exist.
  • Manual data entry into HRIS as needed.
  • Create and run ad hoc reports from the HR system upon request for all areas (e.g. legal requests, benefits requests, etc.).
  • Run weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for internal auditing purposes and for distribution using Access and Excel.
  • Provide hotline customer support for HR applications including but not limited to ADP Self Service,  VRM, and Success Factors (Recruiting, Performance Mgmt, Compensation). Also provide customer support for Compensation policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain company and department organization structures in both the HR system and organizational applications, includes publishing to Adobe Acrobat format. (i.e. Org Chart, Position Structure, Dept Structure).
  • Update and maintain data tables in the HR system.
  • Prepare files for importing into the HR database.
  • Support Compensation function during annual salary review by loading/validating merit data for payroll into ADP Enterprise.
  • Provide assistance and support with acquisition integrations, including onboarding of new employees.
  • Perform general duties & special projects as requested

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Must be well-organized and very detail oriented
  • Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with org. chart applications a plus
  • Working HRIS knowledge; ADP EV5, and Self Service knowledge a strong plus

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • 2-3 years of experience with data entry, auditing and reporting
