Job Title:  Contract Administrator Mktg

Position Objective

The Contracts, Business Development Analyst is responsible managing requests to review and create Agreements, and Amendments and review and finalize NDA’s and Business Associate Agreements (BAA) supporting the direct sales organization.

The main responsibility will be to manage all revisions by working closely with Konica Minolta’s direct sales channels and engage the resources necessary to finalize agreements and contracts.  This includes providing detailed analysis to determine the requirements of the opportunity, ensuring all proper subject matter experts are involved and the required approvals are obtained.

 

Due to the current circumstances brought about by the Covid-19 outbreak, this position does not yet have a start date. However given the importance of the role, we will continue to actively interview candidates during this time; with the intention of completing the hiring process and extending an offer as soon as we are able to do so. Initial interviews will be conducted by phone and/or video. 

Essential Job Functions

•    Extensive review and analysis of the business and contract terms of the opportunities.

•    High-level interaction with field sales, upper management, leasing partners, legal and internal departments in obtaining the necessary information.

•    Communication and review of the opportunity with management and field sales personnel.

•    Ensure documentation is approved, signed and properly presented for integrity.

•    Administer and verify contracts and associated paperwork to assist in preparing contract package.

•    Coordinate and manages the departmental email mailbox

•    Respond to correspondences; create reports and other department documents as necessary.

•    Manage and update excel log for analysis and tracking

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

•    Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with all departments within organization.

•    Knowledge of contract and leasing terms and conditions.

•    Ability to effectively manage multiple, firm deadlines in a busy environment.

•    Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage tracked changes.

•    General knowledge of the Office Equipment Industry.

•    Advanced organizational, problem solving, analytical and financial skills required.

•    Flexibility and willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.   

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•    1-3 years of professional experience in contract development, negotiations and sales support.

•    Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) required

•    Knowledge of SAP, a plus.
