Position Objective

Konica Minolta is looking for an eCommerce  Digital Campaign Manager to join our Demand Generation team.  As part of our growing team, you'll be managing our digital eCommerce strategy to drive traffic to product pages and maximize channel revenue. You will work cross-functionally with our global digital team, digital agency, product marketing, content, and other internal stakeholders to launch campaigns that increase brand awareness, drive new B2B customer conversions and revenue.   Key to your success is your ability to ideate and build integrated campaigns in a high growth, pipeline driven environment. 

This position will project manage the eCommerce  campaigns on a day-to-day basis to ensure consistent ad delivery and performance. Additionally, this position will track key metrics and analyze data with the goal of proposing optimization strategies to increase ad effectiveness. 

Success for this role will be based on developing creative campaigns that generate new customers and online sales.  

Essential Job Functions

● Manage the eCommerce campaign process including audience insights, competitor mapping, creative brief, campaign strategy, campaign management and campaign analytics

● Develop a eCommerce Marketing brief/playbook and partner with marketing teams to develop the content strategy and map assets to a content distribution across the buyer journey

● Ensure alignment of content strategy with campaign plans by partnering with global digital team and digital agency 

● Lead all operational aspects of the eCommerce campaign workflow including timelines, asset development and budget tracking

● Oversee key vendors, suppliers, agencies to assure optimal campaign development, execution, measurement and budget performance

● Collaborate with the sales and product/solution owners to understand the market, define sales messaging for personas 

● Drive upper funnel and lower funnel campaign tactics 

● Recognizes opportunities for expansion of existing services and/or potential for new services;  leverages SMEs across the organization to aid in sales opportunities and support with relevant search/display investments

● Continually monitor and propose optimization strategies, leveraging key metrics and KPIs

● Report on eCommerce performance and trends of program initiatives

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

● Deep understanding of e-Commerce space, overall trends and technology

● Experience in campaign management/optimization, campaign media planning or digital media operations across, search and display

● Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities on complex cross-functional projects, collaborate with cross functional teams and optimize results on cross-team collaborations for marketing and revenue-generating activities

● Adapts own ideas or perceptions in response to changing circumstances.Proven experience in managing multiple B2B campaigns simultaneously that support the entire buyer journey

● Aware of market dynamics, industry trends and the way local, national or global politics, economics and technology affect the organization and customers.

● Able to take an analytical, creative and iterative process that leads to desired outcomes that benefit the end user for both internal and external customers.

● Focus on innovation and improvement, connecting different concepts and contrasting ideas to provide creative solutions.

● Proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Adwords (Certification in both is preferred) and Microsoft Office solutions

● Knowledge of Marketing Automation, CRM, ERP, Monday.com

● Demonstrated ability to analyze data and knowledge of media campaign KPIs

● Excellent communication and writing skills

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

● 5+ years of relevant B2C & B2B marketing experience and deep understanding of digital channels and how to leverage them to drive demand

● A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
