Position Description

Konica Minolta has an exciting opportunity for an Escalation Systems Support Integrator!  This is an advanced integration position within the top level support group for Konica Minolta branded and third party solutions.  The right candidate will serve as a positive technical ambassador for both direct accounts and to authorized Konica Minolta dealers.  The proper candidate will offer training, advanced networking support and top level solutions integration across all Konica Minolta sales channels.  The candidate will be a key contributor to the satisfaction of both internal and external customers and will work towards optimizing service profitability.


  • Perform lab testing and provide occasional on-site support to successfully integrate the full spectrum of solutions offered by Konica Minolta into all supported environments and to diagnose and correct network issues related therein.
  • Provide training and “best practices” to authorized dealers and to other Konica Minolta team members.
  • Actively participate in meetings with the product planning and development teams to assist in product improvement and to define specifications for future products.
  • Provide written documentation of all projects as well as written proposals (statements of work) to the development team.
  • Occasional (10%) travel may be required.


  • Strong written and verbal skills are a must to communicate effectively and directly with end users, authorized technical contacts and the research and development team.
  • Certification or equivalent work experience in any of the following: Microsoft Windows 2012 / 2016, Linux, UNIX or Macintosh operating environments.
  • Knowledge in SQL a plus
  • A strong foundation in networking security principals is preferred
  • Experience using or supporting management applications such as PaperCut, ySoft, Equitrac, etc. preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Wireshark preferred
  • Familiarity with VMware use preferred
  • Ability to obtain Government clearance for on-site support a plus
  • The ability to handle multiple high profile projects professionally is a must.
