Job Title:  Marketing Administrator - DWP

Position Objective

Play a key role in supporting the administration around a global innovation programme and on all marketing / communications activities

Essential Job Functions

•    Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities

•    Supports the team with collating marketing analytics (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

•    Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, databases (e.g. global DAM system) and inventories

•    Regularly updating and management of distribution lists

•    Assisting with copy writing, editing and proof reading content for use as part of internal communications, corporate literature needs, whitepapers etc.

•    Supporting with all administratives aspects of launch activities and go-to-market planning

•    Collating information across teams for internal communications (this includes supporting with ad hoc enquiries from internal teams, setting up interviews)

•    Managing the shipment of products for tradeshows and other logistics for such events

•    Managing translation process with third-parties

 

•   Support Global Marketing Communications Director and  Assistant Manager with both internal and external communications related tasks, across a group of wider global stakeholders.

•    Assisting with setting up meetings, prepares agendas and meeting minutes

•    Managing the Director of Communication’s diary

•    Supporting with travel and expense arrangements & logistics

•    Managing the processing and payment of invoices

•    Main point of contact for all Marketing team meetings, including scheduling, taking and distributing minutes, and coordinating travel plans. Supporting with expenses and travel logistics processing,

•    Collating information for updates, translations, copy writing and proof-reading.

•    Collating key information across project teams for weekly reporting, and manage distribution lists.

•    Regularly monitor and report on key data across social media, websites, and PR

•    Supporting with all aspects of launch activities and go-to-market planning

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

•    Fluent in English (written and orally)

•    Strong communication skills

•    Experienced in project workDesirable

•    Marketing or business subject education

•    Excellent MS office skills

•    Highly organized

•    Ability to work independently in agile environment

•    Confident in working in a global environment with remote team members
