Position Objective

Konica Minolta is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Marketing Automation Manager.  This marketing automation specialist will be data-driven and has experience to accelerate growth and generate demand. The role requires a strong ability to work with a cross-functional team of digital and marketing colleagues where an agile “test and learn” culture thrives.  You will develop and launch prospect campaigns that nurtures from unknown prospect to loyal customer and support the end-to-end acquisition and installed base growth strategy to drive quality leads for the sales organization. Successful candidate will bring analytical thinking to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, while always keeping the larger strategy top of mind.  This position reports to the Director, Demand Generation and has one direct report.

Essential Job Functions

•    Lead the daily operations of SAP Marketing Cloud and the marketing technology stack; manage automation rules, logic, landing pages, releases and reports. 
•    Responsible for managing the distribution list, creating, setting-up and executing all marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud
•    Develop the workflows and SLAs for complex processes such as lead qualification, lead scoring, lead routing, lead assignment, drip campaigns and trigger-based workflows
•    Strategize, build, test/QA and launch email marketing campaigns including account based marketing engagement, nurture flows, and ad-hoc campaigns 
•    Work with stakeholders to create and implement test strategies, including A/B testing that maximize conversions 
•    Identify opportunities to improve conversions through audience segmentation, A/B testing, marketing techniques, and processes
•    Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program engagement, consumption, and the development of new campaigns across products, solutions, business segments, and geography
•    Segment lead lists based on behaviors like past engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
•    Generate and present detailed KPIs and reports for all demand generation initiatives; present findings to sales and marketing leadership. 
•    Measure results and benchmarking to optimize lead nurturing workflows for sales to convert leads into customers
•    Analyze metrics and reports to determine the effectiveness of program engagement, consumption, and the development of new campaigns across products, solutions, business segments, and geography
•    Adhere to marketing opt-out regulations and unsubscribe suppression lists

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Deep knowledge and experience with developing integrated and account based marketing campaigns 
  • 5-7 + years of work experience in B2B marketing automation with demonstrated lead, pipeline and revenue growth. 
  • Experience with  SAP Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Problem-solver with the ability to anticipate and forward plans
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills
  • Detailed oriented and an excellent communicator 
  • Strong creative and writing skills 
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years of tactical and strategic experience in Marketing Automation.
  • 5+ years supervisory experience.
