Job Title:  Payroll Administrator

Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator.

Essential Job Functions

•    Ensure processing of all pay transaction, deductions changes and tax changes are completed accurately.

•    Perform payroll processing function for biweekly. This includes monitoring MSS workflows to ensure appropriate processing of new hires, terminations and position changes.

•    Transmittal of payroll files to ADP for processing and retrieving files for updating of pay checks, wages and accumulators.

•    Answer Payroll hotline employee inquiries.

•    Researching issues and finding solutions to Payroll issues.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including great telephone skills and strong customer service skills).

•     Knowledge of payroll tax laws.

•     ADP EV5 and eTime experience preferred.

•     Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel a must).

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    High school diploma/2-yr College Degree or a combination of equivalent education and work experience.

•     Minimum of 1-2 years of related payroll experience.

•     At least 1 years of experience, in a fast paced, multi-state PC payroll based environment handling all related payroll functions.
