Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Project Lead – Chan Mark II!

 

Our Channel Marketing team is seeking a driven Project Lead to create and execute marketing strategies for Dealer channel.  This candidate will work to develop and implement high impact Dealer Channel strategies, programs and promotions that drive to revenue targets working closely with various cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in the development of sales channel specific marketing strategy, communications, sales enablement, campaigns, and support major trade shows and events.
  • Serve as primary liaison between Channel Sales and internal Marketing teams.
  • Manage sales enablement platform to drive co-branding content and accelerate partner pipeline.
  • Develop and communicate content and launch of programs and promotions within the dealer channel.
  • Provide appropriate specifications for program marketing and selling tools (presentations, sales flyers, marketing campaigns,  collateral, etc.)
  • Track effectiveness of channel marketing programs and promotions and recommend plan changes as appropriate.
  • Develop and foster meaningful business relationships with agencies and vendors and cross functional teams
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet set objectives

  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.  Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Access preferred.
  • Experience with SAP CRM desired

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Management  or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Dealer Channel Marketing and Business Development
