Job Title:  SVP, Global Enterprise & Government Accounts

Position Objective

The SVP Enterprise Accounts & Government Sales and Marketing is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales organization goals and for ensuring business strategy is achieved through alignment of sales objectives. This role is responsible for setting the overall strategy and execution for all aspects of Sales, Services, Support and Contract Services. A key driver of market position for our products and solutions across multiple verticals. Leads the Global & US Project Management organization. Lead the Enterprise and Government teams by implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and impact top line results. Service as a trusted advisor to key customers and stakeholders to maintain and grow Konica Minolta’s business. Need to work with cross functional global team to develop GTM strategies, management CRM pipeline, development of KPI’s and metrics and effective communication among team members.

Essential Job Functions

•    Fosters key relationships and partnerships with both existing and prospective KM customers.

•    Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development, forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting

•    Accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job roles, sales channel design, and sales resource deployment.

•    Assesses the value of training and development investments, and monitors learning and development outcomes to ensure high ROI for sales, PM and Contracts teams.

•    Establishes guiding sales organizational principles for managing performance, establishing and prioritizing critical performance measures for all sales jobs; overseeing the equitable allocation of organization objectives across all sales channels, markets, and personnel; and ensuring all key sales and sales management associates are held accountable for assigned results.

•    Provides leadership to management team, while providing a culture of accountability.

•    Provides feedback to COO regarding success of strategic business plans as identify areas for potential growth.

•    Direct P& L responsibility.

•    Establish goals to achieve business outcomes and develop comp plans that align with overall objectives.

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

•    A strategic leader who is financially proficient at market analysis, designing and deploying business plans to expand existing footprint and enter in to new markets.

•    A collaborative leader who can influence, inspire and hold teams accountable for excellent performance.

•    Demonstrated ability to diagnose and provide creative solutions to solve problems, mitigate risk and adapt tactically while remaining focused on business objectives.

•    Strong negotiation skills.

•    Conversant in technology to facilitate conversation with C-Suite Leaders.

•    Travel, domestic and global, required to adequately manage personnel assigned and company’s sales revenue goals.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

•    B.A. Degree or equivalent experience preferred

•    Minimum of 10 years Sales Leadership experience required, ideally having managed a mixed portfolio.

•    Expertise in leading both global teams and government vertical. Experience managing State and Federal contracts.

•    Proven Leadership experience at the executive level, leading enterprise wide organizations.

•    Managing large global contracts.

•    Extensive experience in global contracts management.
