Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a GCS Program Manager!

 

The GCS Program Manager of Service Delivery works closely with various departments and Client account stakeholders to ensure consistent quality service delivery and to identify and facilitate remediation of service quality issues as they arise. The Global Delivery Manager coordinates activities with the various matrixed functional leaders within Konica Minolta and strategic vendors to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

  • Provides leadership and direction for managed program(s).
  • Directly involved with customer facing activities and promotes the growth of Konica Minolta services in the market.
  • Develops and maintains programs to support Konica Minolta’s operations and objectives. Demonstrates the ability to identify, create and utilize key business measures, reports and other data sources to create business plans and proposals.

Essential Job Functions

  • Business and Financial Management
    • Growth Focus (for both Revenue and Profit).
  • Sales Management
    • Participate in proposal Development, Review and Sign-Off
    • Provide Sales support
  • Opportunity Identification within the Client base.
  • Market Development Activities
    • Participate in development of “Go-To Market” strategy for location
    • Assist with development and ensure the adoption of Best Practices
    • Assist with development of training curriculum
    • Attendance at Industry networking events
    • Develop strong relationship with local Konica Minolta Business Solutions teams and vendor resources internationally
    • Interface with Corporate Sales, Marketing and Practice functions.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Client retention and satisfaction
    • Work closely with Region teams on Client profitability
  • Contracted/Project revenue and realized rate IT strategy, Interface with Direct Sales, Service and Engineering.
  • Manage critical assigned programs in support of Konica Minolta and our customers.
  • Initiate and manage projects that lead to improved performance and achievement of goals.
  • Recommend innovation in new business areas, projects and customer offerings.
  • Provide guidance to branch/market support teams as required.
  • Establish, maintain and develop business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Conceive, develop and solicit new ideas, geared at process and productivity improvements.
  • Develop and implement effective time management and goal practices.
  • Review, develop and monitor key performance metrics and take action to correct defects and improve performance.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to handle requests efficiently; conveys information in an easily understood manner.
  • Implement management approved solutions, providing plans, schedules and written reports for review.
  • Hold periodic staff meetings (internal and external) to reinforcing practices and procedures.
  • Actively participate in learning opportunities and completes assigned curriculum in a timely manner and applies knowledge to continuously improve our customer experience.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • High school or equivalent, BS or BA preferred
  • 10+ years of work experience in technology, people management, technology consulting and multiple operating systems network engineering/administration experience.
  • 5+ years of industry experience required
