Position Objective

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a BIS Regional Manager of Facilities Management Solutions!

 

The Regional Manager of Facilities Management Solutions is responsible for the national relationship between Konica Minolta Business Solutions, USA Inc. and select Facilities Management Solution Providers. In addition, the position is responsible for supporting the activities related to opportunities generated from both Direct and Dealer channels for Facilities Management Solutions within their assigned region. Business Development responsibilities include partner and end user account strategy, corporate alignment, contract integrity, MKM media content, product mix and solutions offerings. In addition, a key element will require assisting field sales teams in the attainment of sold and aftermarket revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Maintain national relationships and business strategies with each assigned account
  2. Manage product mix and solutions offering; administer pricing changes and contract amendments
  3. Manage Pipeline and Forecasts for Facilities Management partners and regional responsibilities
  4. Assist executive, regional, market and branch management in attainment of revenue goals
  5. Drive regional revenue through client-specific strategies, corporate alignment and created value
  6. Manage department resources (expenses, cost centers, sponsorships and event budgets)
  7. Maintain contract integrity through reporting, professional communication and field sales engagement
  8. Attend account meetings and execute quarterly business reviews as required

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Strong experience and proven track record in facilities management solutions
  • Proven ability to directly manage and track performance.
  • Proven ability to motivate and direct sales teams
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills
  • Strong business acumen managing to "top line" revenue “bottom-line” profitability
  • Proven track record of having excellent internal and external customer relationships
  • Documented history of job stability and successful account management

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or greater
