Position Objective

Essential Job Functions

• Create reports regularly and analyze performance trends. Find areas of improvement and make recommendations.

• Develop and maintain a separate industry database to conform to and report on current GTM strategy

• Develop and deliver progress reports to region executives. 

• Develop and maintain region defined account attributes inside and outside of SAP-CRM for sales targeting related to the current GTM strategy. 

• Maintain separate database outside of SAP-CRM of activity attributes for detailed reporting.

• Monitor and Maintain information on accounts and prospects in SAP-CRM database. Update any missing or incorrect information in the system.

• Train managers and employees on the effective use of CRM system

• eMarketing campaign development, execution and tracking

• Strategy development of operational initiatives

• Manage territory alignment, assignment and integrity

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and PowerPoint); advanced Excel

• Great time management skills and detail oriented.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

• 4-year College degree or commensurate business experience

• 3 - 5 years related work experience

• 3+ years of Database experience required
