Position Objective

Konica Minolta is looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist in our Ramsey, NJ location!  You will play a key role in supporting our email marketing function in our demand generation team.

Your primarily responsibilities will be to develop and execute campaigns in our marketing automation platform) and fully leverage its capabilities. This includes implementation of all email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, setup and deployment.  In addition, you will be assisting with A/B testing, lead scoring, lead tracking & reporting performance.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem solver and is able to manage multiple projects at one time.  You are technical and creative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Job Functions

  • Set-up and deploy email campaigns inclusive of marketing  and transactional email programs
  • Responsible for development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email creation, segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous performance monitoring
  • Leverage dynamic content capabilities to test, improve, and optimize customer journeys at-scale
  • Monitor journey and campaign execution metrics, tracking and analyzing performance to generate insights to share back with cross functional teams focused on customer engagement
  • Able to perform basic HTML editing.
  • Perform day-to-day system maintenance tasks, including: list, folder, and data maintenance, performance monitoring, functionality QA checks of automation rules, lead scoring models, A/B tests, forms, etc.
  • Build event registration campaigns and follow up
  • Maintain lead stages, lead assignment, lead scoring processes
  • Monitor lead submissions from marketing automation through CRM
  • Partner with Analytics team to establish and monitor KPIs and to provide performance analysis, including recommendations to improve outcomes
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, from set up, testing and deployment

Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

  • Demonstrated success in project management and business planning
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities while mentoring others
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a project oriented, diverse team environment
  • Proven experience in cross team collaboration, working across an organization as an effective project manager
  • Experience with the following technology is a plus: SAP MC, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. SAP CRM, SalesForce), and content management systems Knak,  Zapier, and Zoom

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or an equivalent trade-off of related professional work experience
  • 5+ years marketing automation experience
  • 4+ years of experience deploying automated programs in platforms like SAP MC, Eloqua, Salesforce MC or Marketo
