Position Objective

Konica an innovative and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join our Demand Generation Marketing team.  We are looking for someone that has built, operated, and scaled marketing technology stacks, and related internal project processes to drive demonstrable impact on the business.  

This role will manage the marketing operations function for strategic digital campaigns & account-based marketing programs and be responsible for building scalable processes & reporting frameworks utilizing our marketing tech-stack.  You will lead the marketing operations initiatives that increase MQLs and fuel sales pipeline (SQLs) in order to drive revenue. 

The Ideal candidate will have a passion for using marketing technology to drive pipeline and constantly analyze and optimize processes and tools.  You are highly organized, have excellent time and project management skills and are able to quickly prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

This position will lead the digital marketing operations team and will report to the Director, Demand Generation.

Essential Job Functions

  • Optimize marketing technology stack that will help the demand generation team drive efficiency in the execution of various programs.
  • Manage the MarTech stack, marketing automation and demand generation campaign management including SEA, Social, email and SMS. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in lead scoring model, email nurture, A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Guide best practices and ensuring marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented, customized and maintained to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scale.
  • Manage digital agency and associated budget for all digital activities (SEO and PPC) for KM brand and eCommerce.
  • Works on a clear understanding of marketing processes including ABM, campaign planning, execution, A/B testing, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics team on data integration initiatives in support of new targeting, segmentation, and personalization capabilities.
  • Own our Marketing Automation platform at the administrative level.  This includes SOP, System Updates, Contact License and the implementation/upkeep of new/existing integrations.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards on campaign performance and email/push channel health metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze demand generation campaigns ROI through metrics and dashboards to increase marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends to understand how Konica Minolta’s funnel performance compares to best in class standards.
  • Lead and grow a dynamic digital marketing operations team.

  • Proficient working in marketing automation and CRM tools (SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP CRM 360) and Google Analytics.
  • Experienced with implementing a Data Warehouse and Marketing Customer Platform a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (esp. Excel, Viseo and PowerPoint) and Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Analytic and decisive thinker with the ability to prioritize and communicate objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goals.
  • Action-oriented, flexible, and innovative approach to operational management.
  • You are curious and enjoy learning about new technologies and their application and impact on business.
  • Quick thinker, creative hands-on, problem solver with a keen sense of judgment and flexibility to manage competing or shifting priorities.

Experience, Educational Reqts and Certifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in a B2B/B2C digital marketing and operations role, ideally with eCommerce background.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field of study  
  • Significant experience in marketing planning and/or operations world with a track record of delivering strong performance against brand and business objectives.
