Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are self-led groups composed of individuals who come together based on similar interests or experiences to cultivate a culture of belonging. ERG participation is voluntary and open to all employees who are interested in and support the objectives of the ERG, regardless of their origin or background.

KM Kudos "thank you notes" and awarded "points" are visible to colleagues and integrated with Google Chat, allowing our collective organization to celebrate achievements in a timely and impactful manner.
