Business Resource Groups

Our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) are self-led groups composed of individuals who come together based on similar interests or experiences to cultivate a culture of belonging. BRG participation is voluntary and open to all employees who are interested in and support the objectives of the BRG, regardless of their origin or background. These groups are an important component of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion strategy at Konica Minolta.

This committee is focused on improving the culture and quality of work life at our corporate headquarters in Ramsey, New Jersey. This team is focused on all facets of the employee experience, including employee events, technology training, wellness and more!



This group looks to foster a safe space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and allies within Konica Minolta. The group serves the needs of all facets of the LGBTQ+ community, while also striving to further LGBTQ+ equality within society at large.

KM Kudos Program

KM Kudos is powered by a cloud-based and intuitive application named Bonusly that enables managers and employees to recognize and reward others for outstanding achievements that demonstrate our core values. KM Kudos "thank you notes" and awarded "points" are visible to colleagues and integrated with Google Chat, allowing our collective organization to celebrate achievements in a timely and impactful manner.

Climate Action

In 2020, we partnered with the nonprofit organization, the Arbor Day Foundation (ADF) to help revitalize national forests. Through our partnership, we are contributing funds to plant over 10,000 trees in areas in need of reforestation.

Life Below Water and Life on Land

Each year we volunteer on the community- run, MEVO Fresh Roots Farm, to help maintain and grow this organic farm to keep our community green and provide fresh produce to members of our community.

Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions

The Konica Minolta Charter of Corporate Behavior is shared globally and articulates Konica Minolta's respect for international social norms such as the United Nations Global Compact and our commitment to acting in compliance with those ideals.
